Accessibility statement

WTSH Wirtschaftsförderung und Technologietransfer Schleswig-Holstein GmbH is committed to making the “Net Zero Valley Schleswig-Holstein” website accessible in accordance with section 11(1) and the requirements of section 13(3) of the Schleswig-Holstein Act on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (Landesbehindertengleichstellungsgesetz, LBGG).

This statement applies to the website https://nzv-sh.de, including its German- and English-language content.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the requirements of section 13(3) LBGG due to the limitations described below.

Non-accessible content

Easy Language and German Sign Language

Information about the main content and navigation of this website is currently available neither in Easy Language (Leichte Sprache) nor in German Sign Language. These services have not yet been created and integrated. This makes it particularly difficult for people with learning disabilities and deaf people who use German Sign Language to access this information. The corresponding requirements of the Schleswig-Holstein Act on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities are therefore not currently met.

Automatically changing content

The slideshow at the top of the homepage and the carousels for goals, news and partner organisations change their content automatically. A separate, permanently available control for pausing or stopping these automatic changes is currently not provided. This may make the website harder to use, particularly for people with difficulties relating to attention, reading speed or perception. The requirement of WCAG Success Criterion 2.2.2 “Pause, Stop, Hide” is therefore not currently met.

Assistance with using this website

If these limitations prevent you from accessing information, or restrict your access, please contact the office listed under “Feedback and contact”. Please specify the page concerned and the information you need so that we can agree with you on a suitable way to provide it.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 27 October 2026.

It is based on an assessment of an automated audit report by Platform 8 GmbH. The report records a full scan of 25 pages on 26 October 2026 and an additional homepage scan on 27 October 2026.

Automated testing covers only some accessibility requirements. In particular, it does not replace a comprehensive assessment of keyboard accessibility, use with screen readers, or the clarity and suitability of alternative text.

This statement was last reviewed on 27 October 2026.
